Powers Catholic High School
Project Details:
Revolutionizing project financing and delivery, this initiative tackled the future of two key Flint schools. Overcoming challenges, it secured land control from the State of Michigan, revitalizing an 80-acre campus and addressing the Diocese of Lansing’s previous unsuccessful attempts to relocate Powers High School. The project included renovating a 68,000-square-foot academic building and adding a 90,000-square-foot commons, theater, administration, and gymnasium.
Scope of Work:
Situated in Flint, MI (48503), Luke M. Powers Catholic High School’s expansive 158,000 ft² facility, completed in 2011 at a value of $36 million, reflects a dedicated investment in modern education infrastructure.
