Project Details:
A 4,234 sq.ft. corporate office for Lagard Security, built with a wood frame, EIFS exterior, and flat membrane roof system. Contemporary interior features LVT flooring throughout. Original office demolished post-completion.
Scope of Work:
Our seamless project execution involved end-to-end services, encompassing collaborative design, budgeting, and approvals. Construction transpired while the owner occupied the on-site office. After new building occupancy, we efficiently demolished the original office and finalized site work—a fully integrated Turn Key Project.
